This special treat for all Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fans includes recipes, information about chocolate, a quiz, and the chapter and some of the characters that Roald Dahl decided to leave out of the original book.

MR WONKA'S CHOCOLATE FACTORY RECIPES

YOU WILL NEED :

1 large saucepan

1 large jug

1 whisk

Cling Film

25 grams butter

25 grams caster sugar

25 grams golden syrup

600 ml fat-free milk

75 ml natural yoghurt

METHOD:

In a saucepan,over a low heat, melt together the butter, sugar and golden syrup, stirring all the time until the sugar has dissolved (about 10 minutes). Add a little milk to the pan, then transfer to a jug.

Whisk in a little more milk, approx 50 ml followed by all the yoghurt

Cover with cling film. Chill before serving.
