Students may need to register for a free account to access the free online courses and tutorials. They also provide professional development resources for teachers.

Academic Earth [Open courses]

Find over 1,500 free online courses, lectures, and videos from the best US colleges. Take online classes from universities like MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Harvard, Princeton and Yale.

Internet Archive OER [Open courses]

This library contains hundreds of free courses, video lectures, and supplemental materials from universities in the United States and China. Many of these lectures are available for download.

This database of 60,000 curated educational content, provided by educators, learners and committed education experts to benefit teachers, parents and students globally.

OpenLearn [Open Courses]

OpenLearn is a great place to get an idea of what to expect from university study. With almost 1,000 free courses, spread across a variety of subject areas. OpenLearn is a part of the UK Open University.
