Present how Australia’s legislation, constitution and court decisions shaped the experiences of two minority social group – one of which must be Australia’s First Nation Peoples.

Your task is to discover examples of legislation, sections of the constitution or court decisions to explain the national identity associated with these two minority groups. Use these examples to explain how they have shaped the experiences of your chosen social group through the creation of a report.
